Fits DeWalt 20v max brushless weed Wacker
Ok. So I've tried to purt this one a few different weed Wackers and failed. They never had the right mounting hardware. Mainly the center bolt. We DeWalt 20v does and the hardware kit centers it perfectly because there's an indention on the red part of the attachment. And it chops the hell out of thick 1/4 to 1/2 inch weeds and thick weed clump growth that trimmer string can't even dent.. if we have some before pics, I'll take some after ones and add them later. We were able to completely clear thick weeds all the way down to the lake in our backyard. Which always bothered my wife because of the alligators that are in the lake. Makes a huge difference being able to see the waters edge. And it's much prettier. This little tool rocks. Now my wife got ballsy and wanted to see what would happen if she nicked the fence... Smh... Didn't hurt fence of course. But there's a tiny dent on one of the blades. They still are all tight so I'm not worried. I Strongly recommend this little tool!!!!!

Broke with-in 10 minutes of using it, very dangrous product, please read.
Bought this to replace my dull wheel blade weed cutter, looked viable and sounded like it was just what I needed, watched their little demo video and figured it'll work. It did work for about 10 minutes! when I first opened the Amazon package and pulled this cutter head out, I immediately thought that this would not last long, it felt very light and cheap, and the blades felt flimsy and made out of low-quality metal as did the head they were mounted in. Overall feel was very poor, the metal felt like pot tin, so I mounted it, the mounting was easy, and did some light trimming of weeds and some vines. About 10 minutes in and a few meters of weeds along my property were trimmed and suddenly the trimmer was vibrating abnormally, I stopped it and sure enough, one blade was yeeted into who knows where. This can easily come apart and seriously injure the user and bystanders. I got lucky and didn't get a blade into my shins, I WOULD NOT BUY THIS under any circumstance! I gave it a shot and it failed, don't buy this, use a string trimmer head or a reputable blade trimmer head. Hope this helps save an injury from someone.

BOUGHT 1 3 YEARS AGO
BUYING THIS ONE AS SPARE IN CASETHE ONE I BOUGHT 3 YEARS AGO - STILL GOING STRONG ALTHOUGH A BIT WORNED DOWN FROM ALL THE GRINDING AGAINST GALVANIZED FENCES, ROCKS, CONCRETE SIDE WALKS, TREE ROOTS, CUTTING AND TRIMMING BRANCHES AND SEEDLINGS ... LOL ... THE ABUSE THE OLD ONE WENT THROUGH!!!GREAT PRODUCTGREAT DESIGNTHE DESIGN ALLOWS THE BLADES TO WHIP BACKWARDS IF AND WHEN YOU HIT STEEL, ROCKS, CONCRETES ...PREVENTING THE BLADES FROM INSTANTLY STOPPING THE MOTOR...SNAPPING OFF THE BLADES ...BURNING OUT THE MOTOR FROM HITTING SOLIDS ... ETC.THIS IS DEFINITELY A BUY OVER ALL OTHER TYPES OF WEED WHACKING DESIGNS!!!THEM STEEL BRUSHES ONES SUCK..THEY WILL COME FLYING OUT LIKE DANGEROUS PORCUPINE NEEDS...VERY DANGEROUS!!! THEM OTHER SOLID STEEL BLADE TYPES THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE BLADES TO WHIP BACKWARDS WILL SNAP AND CRACK AND BURN OUT THE MOTORS....

Works Well But Short Life
I ordered it for ditch bank and headland mowing where it's too steep for me to go with my bush hog and tractor. Cover about 500 linear yards of ditch every time I mow, around 2/3 acre. Cutting heavy grass and 1 year old growth of brush. Probably 1" max dia on fresh brush.Had been using a solid 3 tip 10" blade. Simple and cut fast. Was hard on my brush cutter though when accidentally hitting something solid like a pile of sod rolled up by the road plow, rock, stump, trash, etc. I was very careful but with grass & brush over 4' tall, bound to hit something at some point. The solid blade had no give and would stop up immediately. All the force was transmitted to my machine. Have spun the motor on the shaft a couple times from catching a pile of sod and WOT. Also not very forgiving on the operator either. Small rocks, trash, pieces of broken beer bottles, etc get launched with quite a bit of force. Doesn't feel the best getting hit.Wanted to try something with some give, a flail style cutter. Reviews were poor but for $8 I figured I'd try it and at least have something to play with to make my own if it didn't work well.Cuts well. Flail action works well. Very little force transmitted to the brush cutter. Doesn't throw stuff at the operator. More productive than the solid blade because I didn't have to be as careful.Does have a short service life in comparison to the solid blade. When flails rebound the single bevel grind hits between the spacer and outer plate. Is bending the plate and pulling the spot welds apart. Also pulling the plates apart at the rivets.Have one mow (~500 yards of ditch bank) on the blade. Will flip the blade over for the next mow and then probably scrap it out. Spot welds will likely be pretty well pulled apart and rivets will likely be pulling through by then. So will last me a year. The solid blade cost around the same price and has last me several years. That said, $8 each year is pretty cheap.Overall, works very well for my needs, cutting heavy grass and light brush.

Not Compatible with Husqavarna 10 tooth shank
Not universal fit, does not fit the Straight trimmers like Husqavarna or Stihl that have a 10 tooth shank. Wish I could replace it for something more useful or get a thrust washer for 10 tooth included in packet

Poor quality potentially dangerous.
This thing seems to be designed to fly apart. After briefly examining it when it arrived I deemed it to be unsafe and returned it immediately. Poor quality construction. Attachments of the blades to the body are highly questionable. Looks like a way to have a blade fly off and cause significant injury to self or others. Don't buy it.

Excellent
Débroussailler un fossé, très bonne instrument!

Cheaply made
This Trimmer Head is too weak for good trimming, as soon as the blades touch a harder brush they bend and then they don't cut anymore. The blades are made of thin soft sheet metal only. wouldn't buy this anymore.
