Their seat padding fades within 3 months - the gas cylinder doesn't work - you can't position the chair as it's advertised.Their customer support takes MONTHS to respond to an Amazon request, in fact, their customer support has tanked. I used to love Clutch and have gone out of my way to buy this chair in the past multiple times - when the product quality was actually good. But now I advise to stay away. Poor product quality and now poor customer support. Save your time, save your money, buy a real chair instead of this gimmick chair

My son said the chair is/was too small and he was uncomfortable. Worst part was trying to return it. Had to take it all apart after ups refused to accept it in one piece.

Wrong color was delivered but my son decided to keep it anyway.

I didn't buy this chair on amazon, but directly from the buyer. I have had my chair two years, and it seems right after the warranty was up, the seat part of the upholstry started to crack and tear. I am not a heavy person ( I weigh 110 and am small build ). The seat is also comfortable at first but the foam becomes very dense and hard/uncomfortable overtime. Would not recommend clutch chairs to anyone. Also holes on assembly didn't line up!!
