Worth the price to reduce the dust in your shop.
Great build quality and very easy to install and fit on any router table. The functionality is great and reduces the amount of dust blowing around when in use. Great purchase and worth it to add to any dust collection system.

Pretty good
Easy to hook up. Works pretty well. May need a stronger vac.

85% or better
I had read all the reviews before I bought this cup device. It’s this or a big box under the router table. I wanted to maximize the storage space under my router table and the idea of a big box didn’t appeal to me. A lot of reviews said they couldn’t attach it or the Velcro didn’t hold or just got frustrated. So I was cautious but took the chance, not that expensive. I have an early Hitachi 21/2 hp router that’s mounted on a 1/2” Plexiglass plate but there was no flat surface for the Velcro ring to stick. There is a couple of lugs with tapped holes for guide rings. I cut a piece of sheet metal into a ring, leaving a couple of tags on the inside to mount on those guide ring lugs thus providing a clean flat ring to stick the Velcro’s ring. The cup fits very tightly but barely touching my router chuck. You need to support the vacuum hose so the cup does not deform from the drag of the hose. Using it in combination with my fence suction, I get very little dust escaping to my table and none on the ground. Being conservative, I’d say it’s 85% efficient. It’s probably better than that but 85% is still better that those boxes. The trick to this device is to create a proper flat area for the Velcro ring to really stick. As you can see in my photos there’s very little room between the cup and my router chuck. Not much can fall through with such tolerances. Because I had to attach that sheet metal ring, there is 1/8” gap between the plexiglass plate and the dust cup. I’ve done edge cuts as well as interior cuts and the dust collection was just great. Using the Router Raizer with the chuck extension, I still can raise the chuck so I can change bits above the table. I’m very happy with my router table now with completed dust collection.

Every router table should have one!
It is the nature of a router table that chips will fly everywhere without a good vacuum dust collection system and most tables have a fence mounted connection for a shop-vacuum hose. What most tables lack is a means of preventing chips from falling directly into the router motor. This system meets that need, and does it effectively and inexpensively. I have used this system for several years on my big cabinet mounted router table and recently added another to my smaller bench top router table. The heart of the system is a flexible cup with a hose attachment port. This fits around the router shaft with the collet inside the cup. It captures most of the material that might otherwise fall into the fan blades that cool most router motors. This cup attaches to the router plate or reducing ring by means of Velcro rings with an i.d. of 2-1/2", big enough to clear most router bits. 'MilesCraft' provides three such rings so you can mount one to each reducing ring when matching opening to bit size. For larger bits like panel raisers be prepared to restrain the cup so that it does not lift up into the underside of the bit. Intelligently placed Velcro tipped straps would serve. (User supplied). The rest of the system consists of a "T" fitting with a port for a typical shop vacuum hose, two lengths of 1-1/2" hose, and fittings for the flexible cup and the fence port. Assembly is simple, but the hoses must be threaded into the fittings against the direction suggested by the spiral of the hose.

works with bosch router table with some work
I was getting tired of my router spraying dust all over my garage so i was looking for a economical solution. reviews of this were variable esp for my bosch router table. the bosch insert rings are ribbed plastic. i sanded the ridges with a cheap 2 inch sanding disc attachment for my power drill. the remaining ribs could be chiseled off. i superglued the velcro attachment to the insert for a strong fit. The only critical part in the kit is the silicone cup that fits around the router bit. The milescraft hoses are cheap, inflexible and the t connection reduces flow as people mentioned. I ended buying Rockler hose kit, y connector and with some luck i got a good snug connection to my dust collector. I needed a rockler port adaptor too which i had left over from past projects.I think milescraft should offer option just to buy the silicone cup and skip the cheap hoses and switch to y connector.i havent done a real project with this but router runs without touching silicone cup and there is fence and suction under insert ring. i zip tied some support for hoses to avoid flopping around.if it works well this will be a cheaper solution than building a dust box or upgrading to a much more expensive router table with dust box.Addendum: I did 10 grooves in pine boards for a desk I'm building and I would say the dust reduction is ~ 90% less which is great. With some effort you can come up with a very effective dust collection for your router table.

Easier to install than you would think
I was skeptical about how this would work on my router table. I have a skil router and router table and the router mounts to a plate which then attaches to the router table. I was amazed at how easily it is to install. On my table the center ring that holds the removeable rings sit down in a recess in the table so i had to trim a little bit of the outside of the the velcro ring that attaches to the underside of the center so it would sit down in the recess. Other than that it went right together. I didn't have to cut the cup that attaches to the velcro ring as it shows in the instructions. It suggests if you are having trouble getting it over the collet to cut the end of it. It shows a pair of scissors and a line on the cup and mentions it in the instructions but all you have to do is drop the router all the way down, stick the cup through the opening on the back side of the router and attach to the underside of the center and raise the router back up. I haven't tried it yet with my dust collector as i need to get a few more clamps, gates, and a tee fitting. All in all i think it's well worth the price considering how difficult it is to contain router dust and shavings.
