Hello , This Clutch Lever is not Specific to any Machine , Although I have YZ250F, so I had to add (u can order with hot start lever) the hot start , that replaced the bar clamp that holds the lever to the bars , Be sure to order with or without Hot Start depending on your machine , but it’s a great lever even comparing to the 195$ Works Connection Unit ...

Yes, It should fit a KX 250 . This is a great lever.

Will this fit on a Honda Grom 2022?

It should. I used it on a Honda CFR 450 and a Kawi 450. IF the handlebar on your Grom is the same diameter you're good to go.

Would this work on a 98 yamaha banshee

I think so but am not 100% sure.
