Maskal Teff, Flour Teff Ivory Gluten Free, 16 Ounce

I used this flour to make Injera bread (for the first time ever) and it worked well. Flour was fresh and tasted as good as any I've gotten in restuarants.

I make muffins with a combination of buckwheat and teff flours. This flour is ground fine enough to make a light-textured muffin.

Wow!!!!! This flour is absolutely delicious. Has a clean, rich flavor. I’m new to gluten free and eating alkaline. I’m missing bread a lot and this teff flour hit the spot. So easy to mix with almond milk, baking soda, and some maple syrup for protein rich pancakes!

Milder flavor than the darker Teff. I like it

Is this expected to give a wet sock smell? Also, should I let it ferment for a couple days.. the smell was complete put-off

This flour gives a nice color for Injera just like the Injera you get in the restaurants.
