I love this coffee. Great aroma, value for money, freshness. The roast is spot on.

I had been wanting to try this variety for a while, so I got myself some whole bean as a birthday gift. Honestly, this was what I always knew good coffee could taste like. All the good aspects of really good beans with zero tannic elements. I brewed some in my drip coffeemaker and in a stainless steel phin. I ground the beans to a medium coarse consistency, and the result was extraordinary. The full flavor of good coffee, and no masking of the flavorful undertones. My palette easily distinguished the advertised chocolate elements, and the coffee foundation was flawless. The price of these beans, when compared with other offerings of this genre was quite reasonable, and I’m at a bit of a loss as to how the expense of the competition could be justified. If your curiosity is getting the best of you, my first experience with this was amazing. If you like good coffee as much as I do, this would be the logical first step into this realm. Money well spent!

This was excellent tasting coffee! So incredibly smooth and no bitter taste whatsoever. Yes, it is expensive coffee. I couldn't afford to drink it everyday but, it makes for a nice treat for yourself every once in a while.

I've had other Kopi Luwak coffees and this did not have the level or complexity of flavor in comparison. Maybe I just got a bad bag but it disappointed, especially for the price point.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I heard a lot about this coffee and decided to try it. I love the coffee and it’s even better iced.

So, I failed and checked the facts, after the fact. I got into this poop coffee because the truth is it's different and does taste very nice. However, I got the cat poop coffee before this one and decided to look into the difference as I liked that 1 better. I came across the PETA reports and felt totally guilty for buying this. I got this as a gift for a friend. It was a fun gift to give. My friend later let me know that the coffee was good, but he had his doubts that the civet’s digestive system had anything to do with the flavor of the coffee. He said it tasted like good coffee. Not mind blowing amazing.

Tastes great

Item was bought as a Christmas present. The recipient said the coffee was really nice and full of flavour. It is obviously quiet expensive but there's a good reason for that. I think it made the perfect gift for a coffee lover.

Bien pour la petite histoire, en bouche rien d'exceptionnel. Effectivement peu d'amertume mais on peut trouver la même chose avc d'autres café qui valent 7 fois moins cher.
