What does certified refurbished mean?

It means that Nintendo has accepted a returned game, they've cleaned it, checked it for any problems/scratches/play-ability, and if all good, they 'certify' it as refurbished. Just as good as buying a brand new one!

Absolutely perfectly restored

I had my doubts about the quality of the refurbishing of this game disc, but I'm completely blown away by the quality. It's restored to new condition and have had no problems whatsoever with playing the games. Based on this experience, if I will be searching for vintage games, CDs, or DVDs in the future I will contact this vendor first.
