It really worked for me. Lost 4 kg in 1 month. Bought this product in may n writing this review after using this for a month. Also i did regular simple workout n avoided junk food. It reduces my hunger so that i ate time to time n limited food. The only drawback i found is, it contains some sand particles. After diluted in water i used to found some sand particles at the bottom of glass. I don't know whether its a part of this churna.

This product too much sand particles were there . It's harm to health.. Too much sand particles may cause kidney stones..

Product is not gd when we take this it taste like a sand, when we chewing this water its like a sand, very bad product
