My husband just built a new barn doors for new pantry and this hardware was absolutely perfect. It looks great. It’s very sturdy and it allowed my husband to build his own custom barn doors and install them with this hardware. I highly recommend it.

First of all let me say this is a sturdy and substantial bit of hardware. I am very happy with the quality of the product and the price is at or better than others I have seen. The installation probably is not for the average homeowner. Here's why - The holes for anchoring this to the wall are on 16" centers ~ great if you happen to be able to center it and then hit the studs all the way across or have a solid header. I didn't have either and drywall anchors aren't going to cut it for hanging this hardware plus the weight of the doors. I changed out the lag bolts for 3/8" x 8" bolts and secured it with a piece of finished hardwood on either side (essentially sandwiching it around the drywall/studs.

As other reviews stated, instructions were terrible and some of the measurements are inaccurate. (Ex: The holes for drilling into your door where the hanger attaches.) Now that I've done it, I would have no problem doing it again but getting started took half a day. We built our own door for our pantry and so far it seems to roll very smooth and we love the way it looks. However, we realized when we got to the 2nd door, that we were missing the other hangers. This is so frustrating. I called Amazon and they were very helpful but told me that there is no contact number so I would need to email the company. I did so immediately (it was Friday afternoon) and finally heard back from them Monday morning. It is now Thursday and after numerous emails, the one this morning stated that they were shipping my missing part and would provide tracking number. As long as I get what i paid for within a reasonable amount of time, I will be satisfied. I don't like that you have to deal with customer service through email alone. All of that being said, if you take your time and do your measurements correctly, you can figure it out. Just don't think this is going to be a 2 hour job and your done, unless you've installed several before. Also, if you are lucky, your studs will match up with your holes on the rail. We were not that lucky qnd had to use a header. UPDATE: I did receive all of my missing hardware and was finally able to get our other door up. We had about a 6 inch opening because we didn't account for the overlay between the inside and outside doors. We ended up removing the brackets and moving them over to make up for the gap. My final thoughts is that until you actually do the task, trying to explain or read about the process can be complicated. I would definitely use this hardware again, now that I know how it operates.

Directions are not the best but the youtube walked me through it. I did the installation by myself after repairs and paint on old barn doors.

Because of a bit of confusion upon ordering I received the wrong style wheels. I notified WINSOON and they were quick to respond. Installation of my new barn doors was time sensitive and WINSOON shipped the replacement wheels immediately and they arrived in time. Would gladly buy from them again.

After a few months the rod started to sag because the bolts started pulling out of the wall. This was a closet door that was not used very often and normal wood doors. The anchors broke off and put large holds in the wall where the anchors and bolts went in. I should have redrilled holes and screwed the bolts into wall studs...which is what I am having to do now. Poor design and system to attach AND hold to the wall.

I checked out all the features of the Bypass Door hardware kits, and Winston was the choice for me!! Just as described, great quality product, and it was easy to assemble!! Great item!!!

Received the product quickly. It had all the parts you need to install. Heavy duty, seem like good quality. Exactly like the picture. We've only had for a couple weeks, so I can't speak for durability or customer service. Note: the bolt at the back of the door adds about 1/3" to your door clearance at the top. We had to remove the trim around the closet.

Easy to instal. Just dont forget to level them. We forgot and out door slides back.. Ad on our part..but fixable problem. Great strong sturdy product

Not an easy track to install. The good thing about the track is that it’s very customizable. The instructions were garbage. The hard part is figuring out how to get started. Once you do it once, you’ll know exactly how to install any track without the instructions. In the end the track was amazing. The bolts were to long for our door so we had to trim it. Again a lot of customizing. You need the right tools. Because of the way the doors overlap, our doors didn’t fill in the whole closet space but that’s a door issue not the tracks. Overall, nice track very sturdy and beautiful.

we all should be aware that the metal track had not a good match as I had to connect 2 5ft together as my opening was 9"5 feet. I had to cut one to fit the size. the arms did not have the same distance from the top for alignment with the door holes. but simple to correct. overall it was nice and would buy it again.
