Fast Delivery
Product arrived quickly and was as advertised. I particularly liked the one year subscription of office 365, that was a contributing factor for the purchase.For the price, the screen quality was impressive. Considering the laptop uses HDD, it is responsive.The battery life is decent and it is light and easy to carry around.I would recommend buying this product as for the price, in my opinion, it is one of the best on the market.

No need to spend more
Bought as a replacement for my older Acer laptop (approx 6 years old) and very happy with it. It is slightly smaller than my old one and does not have a separate numerical key pad on the RH side but that is a minor issue. It is quite lightweight in comparison to older laptops which was a pleasant surprise and holds its battery charge well. I am using it for Internet browsing but mainly work on Microsoft Office apps (mostly PowerPoint) and have had no problems so far. Would recommend this laptop for anyone looking for something relatively cheap to use for Internet or office work.

Good enough
If you want a cheap laptop, to do some emails, school and/or college work, and don't expect a crazy fast gaming rig levels of ram, then this laptop is just fine, light to carry around, has everything you need, does everything OK. It is what it is. Its perfect for what we bought it for, homeschooling the kids during lockdown.

Quality, efficiency
Acer is a good quality product, always used acer computers. Volume isn't that loud on these laptops but you can add speakers quite easily if you need too. Keyboard excellent, software, memory too. Lightweight computer, comes in arrange of colours. Overall very happy customer

Laptop not switching on
I'm happy my laptop got delivered on time but it's not switching on.. Am I doing something wrong? When I press on the power button , the word ACER comes across the screen with a straight line across for 2 seconds then the screen goes blank..Please help ,I need to start using this laptop ASAP
