Great little 4K system with clear camera out to about 80 ft at night, further during the day. Clarity goes out about 40 ft, then degrades as you move further at night. If you are thinking of expanding later, don’t the cameras are expensive if not bundled. Cheaper to by a system with the number of cameras you really want up front. This is an 8 channel, wish I had bought the 8 cameras with it. Comes with everything. Connect to the network with no issues. Sends alerts to my phone. But be careful because it will send a lot if you don’t get the sensitivity right. Free to watch over the net, does come with a pay for cloud option, but not required.

Replaced a broken cam with no problems

I bought 2 sets of these cameras a couple weeks ago. One for my office and one for my home. Got them all hooked up, configured, and in use. The system is nice for the price and does the job. To access the cameras and DVR video, there is a mobile app and a web-interface. It works well and is easy to use. My complaint is this- after Google-searching and trying several different softwares, I finally called tech support and they informed me that there is no PC app or other way to access the cameras locally. ONLY through the internet-based mobile app or web browser. This means 2 things- first, and not a big deal, ALL the video is streamed first to their servers, then to me, not directly from my system to me. Second, it creates a pretty significant lag. I have gigabit internet (FAST) and there is still a 5-10 second lag, which may not be a big deal for some people, but when I use the camera to watch my front door for guests, that is a pretty significant difference. Any other ip camera I have ever owned allowed viewing through the local network.My other complaint is that video is recorded in 1 of 2 ways- motion activated or scheduled recording. At home it's set up to only record if motion is detected and it's pretty easy to view one "motion event" after the other. At my office it is set up to record continuously. The problem is that if there is a "motion event" it doesn't record it separately or make a note of the motion event in the playback list. This makes it frustrating because I'll get an alert on my phone that motion was detected but if I don't memorize the timestamp, I can't find the event in the video log without watching a lot of video. Had I known about these two problems, I would have selected a different system.

4K TV required as expected. Thought the picture could be clearer being 4k. Night vision definitely doesn't reach the (I believe 130') even with led security lighting

this product was used to replace 3 cameras that had gone out on me. I had replaced the cameras with 3 inferior cameras prior to ordering these, I needed the 4K cams now they are working great.

I got this as an add on for a Wisenet 4k system I bought. It’s hard to complain about these for the price. Not the worlds greatest cameras but not crazy expensive either.The Wisenet Life app that the cameras and DVR work with leaves a lot to be desired but if you are looking for value these aren’t bad at all

I had to buy this because 1 camera went out after 2 months- Even though in warranty- 3 attempts to contact them via their website for warranty with the information for repairs or replacement. I filled out all the information and submitted it. (3 times) They never responded. I would not buy a Wisenet product again. I had to this time because the system (8 cameras) was wired up and in place. 1 went out.
