Best price + Best quality. (MacBook Pro 2012)
My project:- Taking apart my brand new MacBook Pro 2012 and putting in a SSD hard drive (Crucial) and 16GBs of RAM (Corsair).Conclusion:- This was the only tool set I needed for accomplishing this project. I will definitely have this case for the rest of my life.I would NOT suggest buying one of the silly kits that only comes with two screw options and the hilarious plastic prying tool. I made that mistake, and the cheap tools were worn to nubbins in one use. Get this Boxer 30 piece set instead!Pros:- Great quality.- Awesome price.- Fast shipping.- Tons of options and everything you'll need to open up your MacBook Pro (definitely the 2011 or 2012 models, and probably earlier models too but I can't be personally sure).- Even has the little weird guy that you'd use to take out the hard drive ("Torex-something?"). (The one that looks like a star almost)- The red part of the screw driver spins, so--when no one's looking--you can lean over and press with your chin on the back of the screw driver and use both hands to twist the bottom part. If someone walks in on you when you're in this position, I found that acting as if you dozed off is the most believable excuse. Be sure to slurp your saliva in and groggily ask what time it is.- Lightly magnetic bits allow you to keep a hold of screws.- Nice case displays everything clearly so it just takes a glance to find the one you need.Cons:- I told it to pet my cat, and it didn't. It did however make my bed, but Petri was still very disappointed.

Functional, well-made micro-drivers
The set is exactly what it claims to be, and is well-made, functional, and well-organized. The driver bits are as described in the listing: several types of screwdrivers, Torx bits, and Allen (hex) bits, in a range of small sizes. The screwdriver bits include flat, standard Phillips and Posi-drive Phillips (a Phillips-head with small wings between the crossed head flanges, for more purchase); the standard Phillps driver can be used on Posi-drive screws, but not the other way around, so you have to look closely to be sure you have the correct bit. The precise sizes are listed; essentially they run from "jeweler's" size to the small end of the normal range. The size is engraved on each bit shaft, though the markings are tiny. (Note: the T6 and T8 Torx sizes, and the small Phillips-heads, are appropriate for the case screws on Mac computers; I have used this set for that purpose, and it works great.) The bits appear to be very well-machined; the heads are precisely cut and well-finished. I cannot speak to the hardness treatment, but they appear to be good quality. The bits are all magnetized, and hold small screws very well while placing them in or removing them from threadholes. The driver is a little larger than usual for "jeweler's screwdriver" sets, but is comfortable and easy to hold. The shaft is steel with a standard hex-sided bit holder; the handle portion is covered in plastic with a rubber gripping surface, and the rotating top piece is also plastic. I was a bit leery of the plastic handle at first, but it seems to work OK. The bits and driver are well organized and easily accessible, in angled slots in a sturdy case with a latch; the case and lid are hard plastic, but not too flimsy. In short, this is a good set that is functional and seems to be well-made; it is an excellent deal at the price.

Very Good Micro Set
The price makes this set an excellent value. As other reviewers have noted, the quality is not pro-grade and would not stand up to heavy use over time. For home and hobby use, however, it is great. The kit comes with a micro driver and a good selection of hex, Torx, Phillips, and slotted driver bits, from small to tiny. Note that none of the hex or Torx bits are of the 'security' style, with a hole in the middle. All the bits I have used so far have been for work on computer components and logic boards and have fit well in the fasteners. The bits live in a usable plastic box with a clear cover and sliding plastic catch. The catch on mine had red arrow and green arrow indicators for open and close- for those of us who struggle with that kind of thing. The bits are nicely arranged at an angle in plastic grips that make it easy to select them and put them back where they belong. The case and driver on my kit came with badly misaligned logos and letters... Doesn't evoke a feel of quality but given the price, I rate this product the full five stars as my expectations were met and feel this was still a good buy for the money.
