Highly recommend for school!
I bought this for nursing school. I originally was going to bring my Littman with me , but I was told that sometimes people steal them or to get a cheaper one in case you lose it, and I have to say this works almost as good as my littman! I was impressed for the price that it is. It works very good for school. It looks nice as well and comes with a small tag to put your name on it so people know itโs yours. Itโs a perfect fit ! Highly recommend for other nursing students looking for a cheaper alternative with decent quality

Stethoscope
I had planned to return this Stethoscope because I thought it was defective. The first time I used it I was able to hear through it . I examined the Stethoscope and saw a small opening in the metal piece that goes against your arm. I rotated it and closed the opening but still was having difficulty hearing. I then tried placing the ear pieces at the 2 angles allowed. I don't know why they installed the ear pieces at this angle and just didn't leave it straight for the user to adjust. They are uncomfortable at the angle I need to use them at ;but I have decided to keep them because after some adjustments I am able to hear through them and the price was definitely right . So my recommendation is for 4 stars . I don't think you can do better for the price.

Works great even with hearing loss.
I have mild to severe hearing loss and these work great for me. I have to take the hearing aids out but not a big deal to me as I don't do this for a living. Very impressed and I think it's a good buy.

You get what you pay for
This was good for about a year and a half but now the bell wonโt stay locked into place so Iโm constantly thinking my patients have diminished breath sounds! Guess Iโm gonna have to splurge and buy the Littman ๐ฃ

Works well even with background noise!
Works perfectly auscultating heart & abdomen sounds. Compared to an MDF instrument that I had to return after one day, this Paramed product works 1000% better, including with background noise. My head to toe assessments will go smoothly!

Unbelievable Quality!
I lost my Littman Classic lll so I ordered a cheap replacement, and I can confidently recommend this stethoscope. It feels great. Tubing is soft but sturdy, switching between the diaphragm and bell is really smooth with tactile and audible clicks into place. The diaphragm/bell portion of the stethoscope are exactly like a Littman Classic lll, feels durable and heavy like a $150 stethoscope. Sound quality is good as well. Its not like the Digital Echo stethoscope by any means but it definitely gets the job done well for a $20 stethoscope. Came with 2 pairs of ear tips and a spare diaphragm. I also love the 29+โ tubing, as a taller guy it makes it easier when I dont have to bend over as far to take a listen to my patients. Simple black metal and tubing is sleek but I definitely threw on the included name tag to protect from the stethoscope thieves. But if it does get stolen I wont be so heartbroken since it was only 20 bucks. Overall this stethoscope surpassed my expectations for a $20 replacement. 5/5 Stars. Highly recommend especially for a broke nursing student in need of a great stethoscope to get them started or as a backup. Im extremely happy with my purchase.
