I have issues with water retention. I work 12 hour shifts standing all day. I purchased these and I promise you will be satisfied! They are durable! They compress! They do exactly what you need them to do. They do not have cheap material plus they are comfortable. I highly recommend them. Do not get them too big. I wanted mine to fit around by ankles and feet. I didn’t want anything loose. I returned a 2XL that was too big. Follow the chart or use your own best judgement. I got an XL they for perfect!

I used these following a minor cosmetic procedure. The size fit fine. I liked having the ankle length, which allowed my feet to be unrestricted. I worried that I was going to be hot in uncomfortable hose for a week. They felt very similar to my "leggings", which provided adequate compression.

These feel good except that the waist band is thin and there is no compression between the waist and the hips. If these had a wide, no-roll waist, I would buy again. If you need tummy compression, these are NOT for you. Hand wash recommended.

I bought these compression tights for mild lymphedema in my legs, mostly thighs and butt but with some in the lower leg. When ever I buy compression garments (I have many) they are always too small or tight. These tights are so comfy but with good compression for me. They don't work down and stay in place. I am 78 years old - 5ft 2 and weight 159. I was going to purchase an xlarge but went for an xxlarge and am glad I did. An extra large would have been too tight for me and probably impossible to put on. These are not easy to put on but doable. I recommend. I would recommend you get a size larger than you think you need

They are super nice. The compression is good. Is not the tightest but it is very good. I recommend it. I have used them for a month, almost every day, and they are still as new.I wash them in the washing machine as any other piece.

I purchased these Compression Panty hose in a size larger (XL) than I usually purchase as recommended by other reviewers. The feet/ankle area was too large, but I thought I could live with that. The other dimensions (calf, thigh) were fine, but the waist was really tight and very uncomfortable especially when sitting. Too bad it had a 1 inch very thick (not very stretchy) elastic waistband. I think if it was a wider stretchier waistband like you see on tights it would have been comfortable. My reason for my purchase was to compress the varicose veins in my legs and thigh area. I will say that the panty hose were very well made otherwise.I looked at the other sizes offered on this item and the variations in measurements on those sizes and just can't see one size that would work for me. I consider my shape average so not sure why this seems to be a problem. I am 5- 7" and 150 pounds. I will have to return the item even though I was hoping to have them for an upcoming vacation flight. I will be returning them.

I had worn the compression tights like u/a and some other brands for a few years.Finally the cramps and leg pain made me look to the medical grade hose . I got this kind to try . Wow what a difference, these are amazing, the support is great and comfortble . I didn't know how bad my legs hurt until they didn't. I'm a surgical tech and on my feet and on the go for my entire shift. They glide easy under my scrubs. The breathablity is good, they don't get hot) a bonus for me is that there is no compression in the underwear portion which I like. ( I'm a guy) The material is smooth and and comfortble and gives your legs a little all day massage. So guys don't let the word pantyhose on the package scare you off. Give these a try you will not regret it.

These are more like thick pantyhose. I got very little compression out of them The second time I put them on my fingernail went right through it
