how do you blow this up?

A small air pump works well. If you don't have one just use your fingers to press the air nozzle on the inflatable to open up the sir passage and blow with your mouth. It takes a while to fill it but it works.

How do you deflate these please

I stick a toothpick in the valve to open the airway. It works for me. Do that and walk away. Come back in an hour, they are flat. Good luck!
