Great head for the price. Very sturdy and smooth to operate.

Great Head, bigger than I thought but it works well on my Tripod :) Easy on and off. I use it for my medium lenses It can be used for a Sigma 150-600mm. I use a Gimble for that one.

As I may have video work with my Nikon Z9, I would typically need a fluid head. Given the limited use I would make of the head, I could not justify a Sachtler S2068S ASIN B08LNZ68NQ . I need to be able to support a Nikon Z9, FTZII, Sigma TC-1401, and Sigma 60-600 Sport fully extended for certain wildlife videos. The INNOREL F80 just arrived, and I have tested it with the above setup, adding an Arca-Swiss compatible clamp to the plate that is supplied with the F80 (using the 3/8 in mounting screw). Testing this on a Gitzo tripod had no issues with smooth pan nor smooth vertical motion, both above and below level. As others have reported less smoothness, I assume that I got "lucky" with this particular sample or INNOREL quality control has changed since those less favorable reviews. The relevant knobs have pull-out and relocate, and appear to made of metal -- there is very little visible plastic on the unit, and that only on the detachable/extendable handle). The bolts/screws appear to be stainless steel (vendor reply appreciated on this) so it should not rust in the field. The fit and finish seem to be of "professional" grade, competitive with a number of professional video fluid heads. It seems that INNOREL (based in the PRC) must have disassembled and reverse engineered one or more fluid heads of established quality (Sachtler?) assuming that the firm does not have the engineering and development staff and resources to start from scratch (I did not see any patent numbers on the INNOREL item), and then mastered the necessary manufacturing techniques and precision tolerances (CAD/CAM?). I am not giving the unit 5 stars until I have more experience with the F80 in the field to verify the actual durability as well as how long the smooth action will be retained (e.g., internal wear under load causing "sticktion" or "slop"). If it does migrate to 5 stars after field use, it is a superb value (although being made in the PRC it does not have the manufacturing and intellectual property costs of the USA, EU, UK, Australia, etc.).

Use this on a tripod with a Sigma 150-600 lens. Works great. Great support. Easy to move. Easy to make solid.

Surprisingly smooth! Sometimes it sticks a little before it'll pan, but nothing major. It's pretty light, pretty small, and doesn't get in the way too much when I fold up my tripod. (I have the kind where the legs fold back up on itself) I'm very pleased with this head so far. If anything changes, I'll update this review.

Nice head, but after a year and a half of very light use, I went to swap this head onto another set of legs, and discovered that the damping fluid was leaking around the tilt mechanism. I cleaned it up (greasy mess). I hope it doesn't leak more. I'd hate to have to throw this away.

This thing is tough and HD. Will handle any photo equipment I have with ease. I'm going to love using this and Innorel is a great product. I'm well pleased !!

This has great versatility, the smoothness when moving the head is quality and sturdy! I love the adjustability and locking features. I would recommend this item!
