Ordered 2 sets, A and D
I started off buying a small set of 6 colors from Michael’s, and I liked them so much I ordered set A, that was sold and shipped by Amazon. The case arrived cracked and a few markers were dried out and weighed less than 13.5 grams. (I really recommend buying a scale. I got the Maxus Precision Pocket Scale for $11 and I can easily tell when a marker needs to be refilled now) Since it was bought directly from Amazon, I had no issues getting a replacement and I sent the cracked case and dried out markers back. A couple weeks later I ordered set D, also sold and shipped by Amazon. These arrived in great condition, perfect case, and only 2 markers were right at 13.5grams. All the rest are very juicy and weighed close to 14.5. The colors are beautiful and now I have more options for blending. One set, while beautiful, doesn’t really give many blending combinations.

My favorite medium to color with!
I bought my first set of Copics just over a year ago and they are my favorite medium, bar none. I now have all the colors and I use them all the time. They have a bit of a learning curve but there are free videos abound to teach you how to use them which is how I learned. They are expensive but truly worth every penny to me. This was the first large set I ordered, the rest were obtained from other websites and one marker at a time from craft stores using coupons. If you are willing to make the investment these are the best alcohol markers and since you can buy refills they are a good investment. The only downside I can find to these (besides the price) is the lightfastness. They are not rated and will probably fade in sunlight or possibly diminish in brightness over time. It is probably best to color copy your works to display them on a wall.

Perfect quality, shipped faster than expected
I placed this order for Copic Set B of 72 Sketch markers on December 6th with no expectation of receiving my markers all the way from Japan until January sometime. Imagine my surprise when they came on December 21st! Before Christmas even! There were no extra duties or taxes due upon their importation to the US. If you order, please keep in mind that these do NOT come with the plastic case. I was able to order the plastic case from a US source: MarkerPop for around $26. Adding these two charges together still made this a cheaper alternative than most other Copic retail outlets I could find. And the quality was perfect. Every marker appeared fresh with good ink flow. I am a totally satisfied customer.

Great markers, just expensive.
Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY from retail stores, you will easily pay TWICE the price on Amazon, which has the cheapest price, unless you want to try your luck on EBay. Art stores will charge 9.00 per pen separately, and up to 700 - 900 dollars for this 72 piece set you see here. When factored out you can get these pens through Amazon in this set for only $4.65 per pen, that is a huge difference. But, remember its an investment. Don't get these to just see if you like drawing with markers, but something cheap like SUPERMARKERS first to see if you like drawing this way, Copic is a large investment, I already own sets A B and C and that's almost a grand right there.

Loving my Pens
The set B Copic pens were received in very very good condition. It was well packaged with protective bubble wrap and industrial tape. It took about two weeks to receive from Japan but it was well worth the wait. In a couple of months I will be ordering set C sketch pens. Right now I am enjoying coloring and learning how to blend. I also use the Copic app. It really works well once you learn it.

Great markers / cracked case
Top half of plastic case has cracks in 2 of the top corners.Manufacturer is non-responsive to several attempts to make contact.

Great product that was damaged in shipping
The markers appear to be authentic Copic markers which are top of the line. They are worth the price. However, we were extremely disappointed to see that the storage case was broken quite badly. It wasn't packed with any padding or bubble wrap, and it was in a rather large box, so damage was inevitable. Hopefully in the future Amazon will take the usual amount if care in packaging what they sell to ensure safe arrival.

Great!
These came in great condition! The case was intact and none of the markers were dried out. All I've done so far is made a reference sheet, but I can tell it's only downhill from here. Plus, they're about half the price! When receiving the package, I recommend to open and use them all immediately because the pressure builds up in the barrel and you may be greeted with something unpleasant (massive ink blot!). Just make a swatch with both ends real fast and you'll be good. (:I'll be buying more sets soon!
