I didn't even know there were plastic blades for this saw before I found them on Amazon. This is definitely, by far, the best choice for cutting plastic, Acrylic or Plexiglas. Don't use other blades. It won't work as well.Cutting plastic is always a problem. If you are cutting any substantial thickness the blades gets hot. It doesn't matter if you go fast or slow....the blade gets hot and the Plexiglas starts to melt behind the cut.Keep moving. You may have to cut through more than once. Don't stop mid-cut. The plastic can solidify around your blade and on a reciprocating saw it is hard to remove while cutting or after you have stopped (mid-cut) .Plan ahead. Use a plastic blade.

Works great on plexiglass.

I bought to cut through 3/4” pine with a 1/8” plexiglass over it and it cut through both like butter!!

I bought this to cut some plexiglass for a window and worked great except it needs to be run fast and my cordless started slowing causing cracks and a poor cut. So unless you are sure your cordless can maintain speed and longevity for the cut I suggest a plug in saw. Other that that it just like it should!

Got this for my skill jigsaw to cut down some polycarbonate sheets. It worked perfectly. I just set the speed a little low, and it breezed through the material with no melting, and a very clean cut. Much better than trying to use a razor blade.

I sourced the Bosch T101A Jig Saw Blades, for use with Custom Car Audio builds whenever I need to cut a complex pattern out of plexi-glass. Works like a charm!! Could not find a better finish cutting jigsaw blade.

These blades cut thru plexi-glass like hot butter...just had to try them to see...Bosch comes thru again....

I cut a ton of PCV pipe and the blade is still sharp. I would only buy Bosch blades. Thanks

I used this blade to cut 4mm thick ABS saddlebag lids on Harley-Davidson Touring bike. No problem in a straight line at a slow speed. Very difficult to cut bends not really designed for that purpose.
