I’m always greatly impressed with the care taken shipping this product. It arrives in a box with insulation and cold packs in the bottom. The result is the delicious decadent chocolate arrives in perfect condition ready to be enjoyed. The price may seem a bit high but it’s a good size bag and I’m willing to pay a little extra to receive perfect product. I have ordered Lindt from other offerings on Amazon that arrived in a plastic bag full of thoroughly melted chocolate and wrappers fused together. The order I just received has a wide variety of flavors and combinations.Highly recommended.

Even though it had cold packs it was delivered after two pm so the cold packs were melted and so was the chocolates I love this brand but was so disappointed and will not order again if I could drive I would try to return it

This chocolate is delicious! The absolute best. Melts in your mouth and packaged so beautifully … you know a thrill is coming. Once I tasted Lindt Lindor I will not settle for less. It is Supreme and comes in a variety of flavors. Makes a wonderful gift as well for All occasions! I buy all the time for friends and family. 💝 I love it!!! 🥰

EDIT: Reached out to customer service and they refunded me the cost, so it was just a shipping issue, not a product issue!I usually love these, and USUALLY Amazon packs them with cold packs to prevent them from melting, but they didn't this time, so this is a pure case of love the product, shipped terribly. Considering the fact that it's a "food item" I can't return it, so I'll just stick the bag in my freezer and hope I can salvage it, but man... I was looking forward to this!

A few of the chocolates was melted, and was all over the bag, I like chocolates soft,so I didn't return them, and it was still good, well buy again, it needs to be in a cool place, so it won't melt.
