It is as it looks.Cool to hold when containing a hot beverage. I presume as good when holding a cold concoction.

Good price and good product

I use the latte mugs multiple times a week, and haven't had any issues with the product. It cleans very easily, even if you leave the cup a day or two before washing. It's also handy that it's clear, as you can see the foam layer on top of the milk.The only issue I have with the product is that it doesn't keep the coffee as hot as I'd like for a period of time. After about 5-10 minutes my coffee gets quite cool, whereas when I use a ceramic cup it takes at least 20 minutes for the same temperature. This usually means that I steam my milk hotter than I prefer. If you use the smaller sized cups it probably isn't an issue but because of the size of the mug for lattes, it takes longer to drink and therefore will get cool before you finish drinking.Quality wise, it feels nice although a bit plastic-y, but I do appreciate how lightweight it is in comparison to ceramic mugs.

1 of the 4 cups had condensation between the double glass.Only used it a few times before this issue. Washed them in warm water never used the dishwasher or very hot water, very disappointed

Quality little espresso glasses

I particularly like the handle - easy to hold yet elegant. Just right size.
