Do these wipes remove bacteria and germs on shoes?

For that I would suggest using Clorox wipes first then the sneaker wipes for bacteria and germs.

Can i use this on my nike sb no problem ?

I don't know what a nike sb is but I do know this cleaner does a good job on all my sneakers
