excellent wok
I purchased the 13inch wok from buffalo cookware and I really like it. It is very easy to clean and use. I like that the material is 304 grade stainless steel which is the best grade for use with cookware. This wok is actually pretty light for a wok and I appreciate that because some of my other woks are extremely heavy. I also like that this wok is 13 inch, a bit smaller than my other one from buffalo cookware. This is the perfect size for a medium amount of food. Of course, it is stainless steel so it will not really give that 'wok hei' or 'breath of wok' taste. But it will be easier to use.

Wok heats up pretty fast
The wok heats up pretty fast and the fools will get burnt easily if don’t lower the heat. As this is non stick wok, food tend to stick on it if we don’t put enough oil. But stainless steel is a healthier choice as there is no non stick coating like our previous wok when it came out.
