Does anyone know the thickness of the knife? Thanks.

Hi - Wendy here from Tall Ridge, an authorized seller of GerberGear - Thank you for your inquiry! The blade's thickness is .2inches. I hope that is helpful!

The knife itself is usa-made, but where is the sheath made? thanks.

Hi - Wendy here from Tall Ridge, an authorized seller of GerberGear - Thank you for our inquiry! Both the knife and the sheath are made in the USA. I hope that is helpful!

Was your knife shipped in a box, or in a clamshell?

Hi - Wendy from Tall Ridge here - Tall Ridge is an authorized seller of Gerber Strongarm Tactical Knives and we ship them in a box. I hope that is helpful!

What blade angle does it come with? Fine edge implies 20 degrees but I might be wrong.

Typically "Fine Edge" actually refers to a knife with no serrations. Combo Edge would imply a portion of the cutting edge that has serrations, more often found near the handle, but that is not always the case. These knives are sharpened by hand, one at a time on a belt so the edge may vary from one piece to another. The angle is typically 40-50 degrees inclusive, meaning 20-25 degrees per side. That gives you a good balance of cutting performance while avoiding the edge from chipping or rolling, blade hardness notwithstanding. The lower the angle the lower the physical toughness of the cutting edge, may or may not be applicable to your needs.
