Rusted after one use, even though I emptied it out overnight and wiped it clean...

The material was very cheap. The color is good and rich. But the kettle will not last to long because of the quality of the material. I opened the box removed it and there was no weight to speak of. Very disappointed with the purchase......

Blue coloring came off within a few months of use. I'm not sure the manufacturer intended the teapot to actually be used as a teapot. Seriously would not recommend!

This kettle is an intense deep sapphire blue, with a good loud whistle. The broad base covers the whole burner, so water boils quickly. I wish the lid had a heat resistant knob or handle to make it easier to take it off when the kettle is hot, but using a potholder isn't that big a deal. Overall, a very fine kettle - thank you!

A more teal blue (so more green than blue) was sent. Not even close to color shown!!! Very disappointing

Don’t waste your money

This is a work of art for our kitchen. The blue color coating is beautiful, and has lots of depth. The whistle is also really loud, which is the main reason I bought this tea kettle. My husband can hear when it's ready even from another part of the house. The dimensions of the kettle itself are 8-3/4" diameter at the base, and a height of 8".

Love this kettle. Handle isn’t hot and very easy to pour.
