I have been using this pillow for years, and it remains my go to for any kind of pain. I originally got this to help with cramping, but it works wonders for any muscle pain I might be having. It will come out very hot when first heated and retains heat well. I have noticed over time that it is really good at picking up and holding onto pet hair, so keep that in mind if you have any heavy shedders like I do.

I bought this for my son who has back problems. He absolutely loves it. A big plus is that it can be washed and cleaned.

Have had a couple or cherry pit pads/bags in the past. They’re fantastic for aching muscles.

Very well made, material is good quality. I plan on buying another one. However, I couldn't give it 5 stars because delivery was changed a few times. If you suffer from pain, these cherry pits just form to exactly where the pain is.

It's just the right weight and just the right size for my lower back and shoulders.I was worried about burning it, so I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds each forwards and backwards, then 15 seconds forwards and backwards again. Then it's not too hot and just right for me. I sleep with it warmed up and propped up on the back of my neck and shoulders, and its sound doesn't bother me at all because I sleep right through it.

The cover is stiff material. They are filled too full, and you can’t shape them for areas you want to place them on…not flexible at all.

We’ve had rice bags, flax seed, and other microwaveable therapeutic wraps over the years. This was unique. Cherry seeds don’t last as long and had a unique smell…but it didn’t last more than 3 months before they burned.
