Why did you pick this product vs others?:The reviews! This product is amazing! It was packaged extremely well. Directions were very clear and easy to understand. It is strong, durable, quality parts and components. I love it! I needed an indoor close line for drying delicate clothing and only had a mechanical room to work with. It is perfect! My de-humidifier sits right under the line and dries the clothing in minutes. Great product and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a close line!

Works exactly how I hoped it would and is accurate to the description! I was really worth it's price.Installation wasn't too hard, just gotta keep in mind that the wire isn't built exactly center within the box, so take that into account if you are trying to get the dock exactly center and level across from the wire.It holds my heavy dresses no problem, its very strong!It doesn't snap back too quickly, which is nice so you don't have to worry about it snapping your fingers by accident.Its very discreet and lightweight, so it doesn't mess up the nice look of your deck or wherever you put it.I am SO happy with it, it actually makes doing laundry enjoyable for me!

I was shopping for an extendable clothesline product similar to those found in hotel rooms from time to time; the kind you can pull out and then reel back in when not in use. I needed one longer than the standard 9 or 10 feet, and I saw GorillaLine for sale, and it was 13.9 feet. The price was reasonable, the length was good, the only question I had was about the sturdiness of the retractable line.Upon receiving the product, I found it was great quality, easy to install, has a line lock on the side to prevent sagging once extended, and the line was extremely strong and durable. Everything I wanted in a product such as this. I installed it and tried it out, and it worked great.Lastly, I got an email from the company, which was unusual. Typically, you buy a product and never hear from anyone again unless you have to contact them to return something. This email was a thank you email for buying their product and letting me know if I had any issues with it that they would be happy to help out. I was pleasantly surprised at that.In summary, great product and great customer support team.

Good cord quality for average load of laundry hanging. I wish it was a little more taut but by clipping the first few items with clips provided, stability is good for other items to hang without falling to the center of the line.

This is a great indoor alternative to having an outdoor clothesline. Installation was reasonably straightforward. Each part is secured to drywall with 4-5 screws (and anchors for the screws that don’t drive into studs). This has proven plenty strong as it was able to hold up a couple pairs of completely wet jeans for over a day.

this retractable line is so great! awesome quality, super easy to use and install! this product is definitely worth the money. if you want a long cord, that will last without slack, this is the one for you!

Great drying line we have used it for over a year. It works great you secure it with provided adhesive tape and the line runs across and snaps in place on the opposite side. It can handle a lot of weight too we have dried sheets and even towels on it. Great product very stretchy and easy to use.
