Can audible audio books be used on this device?

Here's a better explanation on how to transfer Audible audiobooks to this device. From the Audible website, download the Audible Download Manager (ADM) to your pc. Put in your info from your Audible account and you'll access to your audiobooks. Download an app called OpenAudible to convert the audible files to mp3 format. This is NOT a free program so be ready to pay a $12 fee (plus tax) if you want the full app unlocked. Once that's installed, download an audiobook from your account via the library on the website. It'll prompt you to use ADM and from there you can dl the file (.aax is the extension). Run OpenAudible and import the file to the app. When it appears on the window, right-click on the file and choose convert to mp3. Once the file is converted, copy it on to your sd card or into the internal memory of the player. If it's a big file, I would recommend the sd card. There are other "means" to convert these files, but overall, this is the best (and most legit) way to do so.

How do I get the music I want to listen to on the machine?

There are two ways to get the music.
If your phone have OTG function(some Android phone have the function ), 
you can download the music from your phone by OTG cable (the package includes the OTG cable).
or, you can connect the mp3 player to your computer by USB cable to download the music.
