Many customers mention the endcap breaking, and then have trouble getting in contact with the company. Is the company addressing this?

The endcap of the juice extractor assembly broke during operation. There is a good chance I did not correctly reassemble the extractor after cleaning. Nevertheless, my call to Omega Customer Service was quickly answered, and following a pleasant short conversation with the agent, a replacement part was in the mail the next day. All that was required of me was to email Customer Service a picture of the broken part to them. And shortly after that, I was in the juicing business again!

How do I get broken parts replaced?

Look at your instruction manual. There is a customer service email address to contact them. I’ve tried calling all I get is message machine. They answered emails! I recommend you return the machine ASAP if it’s under warranty! Mine broke 3 times! Amazon gave me a full refund!

Does this nc 10000 have a celecry attachment like the nc900? what's the difference in the size of the chute, between both models

The MM900HDS has the celery attachment. The NC1000 and NC900 do not. The NC1000 and NC900 have non-juice function parts. The MM900HDS does not. The opening of the NC1000 and NC900 are the same. They are both larger than the MM900HDS.

Where is the new nc1000hds made/assembled in? i know the previous 800/900 series are made in korea but not sure about the new model.
