I like this brand because it’s vegan, I get my magnesium from them too which I love. The B12 personally for me as a 30 year old woman that work in construction did the opposite instead of energy I felt extremely tired I stopped taking it and continue my goli which it gives me more energy for some reason. Now as far as my husband he love it he says he feels a lot of energy through the day! I want something give me energy don’t want to really take goli because of the sugar.
