Why is the end of cord blurred in the pictures?

Not only that, but they whited out the output. I found one picture they missed and it shows an output different than what is needed (need DC 12V - 3A). Do not buy!

Does this adapter plug directly into the monitor or the adaptor?

This plugs into the cable that extends just out of the rear of the unit

Will this fix the popping noise my screen is making??

I got this to replace my old cord. My arcade doesnt make any popping noise at all. I've had it connected and played it several times since I put in. Hope that helps. Maybe it's something else.
