Denon DJ SC6000 PRIME – Professional Standalone DJ Media Player with WiFi Music Streaming and 10.1-Inch Touchscreen

I ordered this player to try it out and loved it. Went the next day to my local audio guy at PSSL and bought another player but motorized version which is even more awesome along with a x1850 mixer two LC6000 to control the second layer of each deck as these engines can play two tracks at once (they have separate outs for each layer to run to individual channels) the 3000 can not do this! along with a heap of other things the pioneer cannot do like create and save new playlists right in the machine, the ability to add a hard drive, wifi control of intelligent lighting, streaming music from services directly to the device. And then there's the feel. most important thing both versions of the thing feel amazing. So much smoother and organic than the 3000s. Everything feels like a cheap plastic toy after spending a couple days on these things. I've been a dj since the days of two technics and a numark. Pioneer may have built a small monopoly in the clubs but that's partly why everything has gotten stagnant. Djs all sounding the same now. The "I gotta practice on what's at the fesivals bro" excuse dosn't cut it for me anyway. These things are a million times more fun to play on and thats what I decided was most important is the flow and having fun doing it even after two decades of all the crap that came with the job. Denon is killing the game right now. These things help you think outside the box more when programing technical sets and the new engine dj updates just make it so much easier than rekordbox ever was. Trust me on this. I'm a veteran in the game I know whats gonna help you become a better dj and not a cookie cutter dj like everyone else. do it. get these. fyi Denon was actually the first ever company to make dual cd players for djs. Their engineers listen to the consumer and a whole community of converts have already begun to spring up online. do it! Embrace the Future!

Wonderful…. Way better than the pioneer 3000 imho

No downsides here. All great. Touchscreen is responsive. The 1850 Mixer pairs perfectly.

Great value , 2 decks in 1 control makes it alot cheaper than any of the pioneer's CDJ even when compared to their cheapest XDJ 700. Control and feel is great. Delivery was fast. Touchscreen 10'' is perfect and clear. The lighting on the device is amazing.

I chose these for my home studio after being disappointed in the CDJ-3000's severe lack of features. Boy, was this the greatest choice I've ever made. My friends and I throw down on these bad boys every weekend without issue. Very satisfied with how they work, and I am very excited to see them take over as industry standard.

Hi bought a prime for and it just did not cut it I think the main reason was the sound card the sound cards in these units are much better

This is the best media player. 0 issues and so cheap, big screen, dual layer, PADS, beat jump, and the best. There are no samples, but you can load a sample or two on to the second track thanks to the dual layer, so really you can get around the "no samples". The no samples was the one flaw, but if you can get around it, then 0 flaws 0 issues. that being said, there is perfect workflow and is cheap for what it is.
