To help prevent falls we put this in a shower where the floor was very slippery. It drains nicely and is definitely non skid.

Finally... A shower mat that doesn't slide! We've tried several different types of "normal" shower mats in our shower, none of them stayed put. I was worried about getting a wooden mat (think mildew spots), but after a couple months of 3 showers a day, it's still beautiful. This mat is not only beautiful, but it's much more comfortable than the plastic shower mats... And best of all, it doesn't slide toward the drain!!!

Most of the products that came up were cheap wood being passed off as teak, it was nice to find a seller carrying the real product.

Looks nice but when I first stepped on it, it was really wobbly and bendy because the weight is all on just a few pads, I was worried it would break. Ordered some extra pads and now it's super sturdy. Just search "rubber bumper pads".

It’s much nicer stepping out of the shower onto my teak shower mat far better than a cloth shower mat.

I'm disappointed in this shower mat. It looks really nice but standing on the middle of it and it shifts very slightly under your feet, kind of like you're standing on a boat that's swaying very gently. Not ideal.

Not flexible at all like I expected. Hurts my feet and stains my tub unless I pull it up every time I shower to let it dry. Very disappointed in purchase

It looks good, but when you step on the mat, it bends. Further, after just a bit over a month of use, the rubber grips underneath have come off. It looks like they were attached with cheap glue. Sadly, my return window closed, otherwise, I would return it.
