Excellent laptop backpack: reserved but not bland styling, TSA compliant to keep laptop in bag at airport, iPad pocket, clip for keys, external side water bottle pocket, side external laptop power supply pocket, sufficient small pockets for organizing, not too big in size. Suggestions: modify the curved sunglasses pocket to a more easy to open straight zipper (I don't put my sunglasses in there anyways); address the storage compartment mesh pockets that catch papers and folders as you try to slide them in. This is the best business laptop backpack I've found that has the key features I've highlighted here.

I love the case, but the lining is already starting to fray and separate from the seams after just four months of use. The company does honor the warranty, which is good--but I need a case I can use, not one that I have to keep sending back for repairs.

Bag looks great and has many pockets. However, I have only used the bag 4-5 times and a zipper broke already. I don't hold out hope that this bag will last as long as he case logic bag I was previously using.

The right size for me. I'm glad I chose this bag. I'm short and always have a problem finding a bag that isn't too big.
