So far so good
Though the gaskets were a little snug, they fit on my gas can and are doing well for now. time will tell if they last but they are very affordable and I can easily replace With the other 5 gaskets in the very affordable pack that I purchased. I withheld a stR because I've only had the gaskets for a few weeks. My gas can is from Midwest Can Company. I would post a picture but the Amazon app only gives 2 options:"Allow this Amazon app to access your camera and skip this step in the future"OOORR"Allow this Amazon app to access your camera and skip this step in the future"So no pics, sorry. 😊

Works with Midwest gas spouts
Finally a product that works with my Midwest gas cans so I don’t have to buy a new spout when the ring wears out. Works great!

Great for eliminating leaks
These worked great. I had constant dripping leaks around the nozzle of mt gasoline jug and theses gaskets eliminated all leaks. Make sure you measure your gas and and cap to get the correct size. Highly recommended.

Works great for rotopax gas cans
As my title says, they go on tight but seal well enough after you get them on.. I'd definitely suggest throwing a pack of these in your glove box for when you're on the trail!

Worth The Cost
Purchased the Captain O-Ring gaskets mainly because they are made in the USA – so paying a higher price was not an issue. Upon receipt I was not surprised that they were thicker and stiffer than the originals on the two gas cans that needed the new gaskets. I had read other reviews stating such and also that once fitted they held in place better that the thinner more flexible ones. I found all that was true. A little effort to put on but once on they stayed in place and sealed the nozzles of both cans perfectly. Now time will only tell how long they will last but I am glad I bought them and would recommend them to others.

Rotopax Effective. Maybe. (UPDATED)
UPDATE: After a 700 mile roadtrip, I can confirm they are not ideal for a Rotopax. Fuel leaked. With the rubber gasket around the fuel spout and NOT the red cap, fuel managed to get through regardless of how many turns of the outer collar I could manage. I may try to force the gasket on the Rotopax red cap… pending results.Rubber gaskets fit around the Rotopax provided spigot. Tool some tactical maneuvering to stretch the rubber ring around the fat part of the spigot. Confirmed effectiveness but tightening everything up and holding Rotopax upside down multiple times. The rubber ring DOES NOT effectively work around the red cap piece. Red cap is slightly wider than the spigot piece.
