Great Injection Seasoning!
Great addition to my BBQ tools! It adds flavor and helps maintain a moist outcome with smoking meats. I have used it 4-5 times now and love it. Also I thought it was a little expensive at first but seems that I will get plenty use out of it for my money.

Oh so good!
Extremely flavorful. Not salty and well balanced. By far the best brisket I have ever prepared. Friends were impressed and I looked like a 5 star chef. Will definitely buy and recommend to everyone

Game Changer
The first odor when I opened it was off putting, but I trusted it and used it as directed. I watched Kosmos You Tube video on injecting a brisket before using it, which was extremely helpful, and the final result was an outstanding tasting brisket. I’ve smoked five or six briskets and used Kosmos Brisket Injection on the last two, have been outstanding. This is a flavor game changer. It’s a little spends, but worth it.
