Great price with solid functionality
I received this HDMI switch to test and give it an honest review. And I must say it is a pretty solid device. I have another HDMI switch but this one is a bit better for a few reasons.First off it does actually have 5 inputs instead of 4 which is a plus. There are some companies that advertise 5 ports and it’s actually only 4 input ports and 1 output port. The design itself is nice for the most part. It’s flat on the bottom so it doesn’t wobble when placed on a flat surface. But back to the ports. While they work fine my only complaint about them (and the device itself) is the placement of the input port. Unlike most devices it is on the side of the device instead of the back which is a little bit annoying. The interface is nice as well. There are red lights that show you that the device is connected and which port is active. The device does have an auto switching feature which is pretty seamless and a button on the front for manual switching. The included remote also allows you to switch to a specific input rather than cycling which is a nice touch as well. From my tests it took roughly 4.5-5 seconds to switch between inputs and show an image on screen. As for the picture quality it is very good. A lot of the devices I have are not 4k so I tested them first. Solid picture quality with no noticeable drop off easily doing 1080p @ 120hz. To test the 4k ability I used an Xbox One X. I had no problems running Call of Duty Modern Warfare in 4k @ 60hz and 1440k @ 120hz.So should you buy it? I would say yes if you need an HDMI switch. It has a low cost and functions just as well as any other brand if not better.

Auto switch, good remote, simple layout, support for 4k at 60hz.
So the box is small and unassuming. Black shiny plastic, not very heavy. I have a slightly older TV in my home office that is from 2015 when 4k at 60hz over HDMI 2.0 was relatively new. The issue I ran into is that only one HDMI port in the tv supported 4kx60hz. Back then, I only had one device that even outputted that resolution over that format so it wasn't a big deal. Now I have several several devices that are capable of displaying 4kx60hz and was having to swap cables any time I wanted to change what I was doing to get the most out of my TV.Enter the Koopman hdmi switch. It is almost as if it knows what I want to do and throws it onto the screen. Whenever a device "shakes hands" with the TV, the box will automatically switch to that output. This means that when I fire up my computer to do some big screen gaming, I don't have to fiddle with inputs! Same can be said for my console games. I have a Chromecast Ultra hooked up to it and after turning my computer or consoles off, it just defaults back to that device because it's "always on" and displays the little chromecast screensaver. The remote is a big plus, even though there's not much to it. I was able to hook it up to my logitech harmony device in a matter of minutes and can easily include the switch in my routines, which I love. This little box has extended the lifespan and functionality of my not super old TV- not to mention the added benefit of not wearing out the HDMI port swapping cables constantly (and also having another device mitigate the cable switch) which would render the set essentially useless.10/10 would buy again.

Better than it feels
Honestly, I expected this thing to be a one-star when I unboxed it. The device itself feels cheaply made and underwhelming, but the performance has been very solid for the price. This is installed as a media switch that runs to a projector in our home theater, and it does a surprisingly adept job at managing everything. The switch automatically detects and activates or deactivates input options based on what it's receiving; for instance if all ports are occupied but only 1 and 3 are sending signal, you can only switch between 1 and 3, making switching easy. Likewise, if I was last using Port 3, but come back and turn on the Port 2 device, it automatically switches to Port 2, saving me needing to make any adjustments manually.Absolutely a solid performer that I would recommend, but I'd like to see a bigger model with a few more ports; having consoles, streaming, a PC, and other needs makes this small switch a little packed.

Great little device, switch is amazing quality & output, remote acts/feels cheap.
Crystal clear 4K, waaay smaller than I thought it was gonna be, excellent professional quality on the actual switch but the remote feels kind of cheap.I've only had it a day so we'll see how it holds up over time. But so far it's perfect for what I need it for, zero delay time between my PS4 Pro/Gaming PC/Nintendo Switch and the monitor once selected but switching between inputs has a small delay while it sorts itself out on what to display. The remote vs. switch sensor is sensitive and has the same level of response as the Wii remotes vs. Wii sensor bar which makes it hard to keep your cords out of sight while still being useable. You have to have a constant direct line of sight between the two or it's picky on whether or not it'll acknowledge you. Which is annoying for me, personally, but maybe you won't mind so much? For clarity: It DOES NOT default automatically to whatever else you have plugged in when you turn something off, but it DOES automatically adapt over to whatever you just turned on. UPDATE: it DOES actually default if you only have one other device that's connected powered on, it just takes several minutes to figure that out once you've left it for a bit.I ran a PC with 10yr old NVIDIA graphics on a 2yr old Asus 4K monitor with no problems and amazing visual. I'm kind of shocked how well this thing keeps the integrity of the sourced input for how little it costs.
