god i miss being able to get wooden swabs in retail stores.....idk why they stopped carrying them in retail stores. regardless these are great, they don't bend, but they do break if you go too hard, but that would take alot more effort than you should have been applying. i would say about 3-4 bad ones per box, ones that are too think to use without immediately snapping but all things considered its a small fail rate. you will find it difficult to ever go back to paper swabs again, so be ready to buy these from now on

Since Big lots is closing it was second to nearly impossible fighting q-tips with a wooden shaft. Not a fan of any other ones because I really like this stiffness of the wooden shafts. Prices at half bad but I love the packaging! 200 q-tips in each package and the small packaging absolutely love that! Will definitely be ordering again.

These cotton swabs are perfect. I love the size. I love the fact that they’re strong. They don’t really bend, but they are flexible. After I couldn’t find Johnson & Johnson cotton swabs anymore these are the perfect swabs for me.

The advantages of this product start with the obvious one - a wood rather than plastic core, nice packaging and tightly wound cotton tufts. The swabs evidence great quality overall. My only complaint, and it is one that is common to various other wooden swabs, is that the manufacturer uses bamboo for the core rather than tree wood. I find bamboo to be more variable in quality than whole wood product from trees. With bamboo, you can use 5 swabs in a row that are nice and sturdy but then you will come across 3 that break under even the slightest pressure. CAUTION: One down-side to any wood core ear swab is that you must not use them on babies or anyone else where an innocent slip while using the swab, or inadvertent, pressure could injure the person's ear. I suspect that it is no accident that domestic swab manufacturers have all gone to soft flexible plastic cores for safety reasons.

I prefer the control that wooden swabs provide. The product arrived quickly and in good condition.

I use these everyday after my shower to clean behind ears or the inner ear parts my towel can’t reach properly. I also use these to clean my nostrils. Unlike Q-tips, these don’t leave any cotton wool in my ears nor nose. Haha.. best quality cotton swabs.

OK, wooden sticks are better than paper sticks, but most of these wooden sticks are as bad as the paper ones in terms of breaking at the slightest pressure. Maybe the attorneys made them do this? Why else would they use balsa wood sticks - or whatever it is they use that breaks so easily?
