Great replacement
I burnt out my original drill and was heartbroken because I had a nice bag with two good batteries and a good charger. I searched and searched and finally settled on this updated replacement model. The great: the new drill fits the batteries and bag flawlessly and is strong and solidly built. The other reviews suggest it has staying power and won't burn out like the old model. The old model had a two level drive to do low speed and high speed, but this one is variable speed with the pressure you put on the trigger so I don't care that I don't have the two-level switch. This one also has a two-ended screwdriver bit with slot and phillips while the old unit had two separate bits that snapped onto the drill driver. I really like the convenience of two in one so you only have one bit to keep up with. This meant that I have a quality new drill to go with my batteries, charger and bag. Awesome deal.

Doesn't Have High Low speed switch
I bought this as a replacement for a twenty year old drill that the motor burned up. Since I have several C3 batteries chargers and tools. I was surprised that it had not high low drill speed switch. There is still a place where they used to be. But it will be a suitable replacement in spite of this.

Good drill
When my old drill started smoking after years of hard use I was happy to find this next gen version of my old drill. So far so good on the new one. My only complaint is that I received no warranty information with this CD drill. Maybe there’s no warranty? 🤔
