I love this chair perfect size and height for my work station! I actually sit in this chair 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. I went through 3 chairs in one year, until I finally found the perfect chair, comfortable, functional and very durable.

I work from home full time and needed a great chair. This one is perfect. I've had it for 2 months and love it. It's sturdy and very adjustable. The material is really nice. I initially had an issue assembling, but the seller responded very quickly with tips that helped.

Update: Laura Davidson sent me a brand new chair, after showing them that the first chair fell apart after a little more than a year of use. Great customer service, and the new chair has a better weld/design.Thank you for standing by your product! I will continue to buy from you.I really loved this chair when I first got it, but within a few months the faux leather started to crack. After a year a metal piece came off where it was soldered. Now the chair is slowly coming apart. I haven't used any cleaners on the leather, but my place gets a lot of light. Still they should really look into sourcing their fabric from a different company. I'm really bummed because I loved this chair, but it's trashed!Purchased Dec. 2021UPDATE!!!! No more than 5 minutes after writing the above, the chair collapsed on me (karma? )ha Unbelievable! I'm not fat BTW, not skinny, but not fat ha oh well, I'll add a pic

I have tried so many other drafting chairs that were just not good on my back. This one is worth the price if you have a standing desk

I have had the chair a week. I bought this chair for my adjustable-height, work desk. I found that I tend to stand more if I can just leave the desk raised and have a tall chair on hand. This chair is tall at max height (31" or 33" I think). It looks great and feels solidly made. Its on the heavier side but not too heavy, rolls great, and is comfortable. It has minimal adjustment options but it does enough for me. The back of the chair comes just past halfway up my back (6' tall).My two complaints:- The foot rest, like many other tall chairs is just held in place with a hand tightened bolt. It slides down quickly and I find myself raising it back up a few times a day. I am already looking at home-grown ways to better support it but, for the price of this chair and the quality of the rest of the chair, I think they could have done better.- The arm rests look great in chrome but they are uncomfortable quickly. It would be nice if the top had the faux leather padding like the seat.Still a good chair so far! Ill update if anything changes

Great chair, easy to assemble and durable. I am very pleased with the chair. Almost two years after the purchase, a weld on the chair broke. I contacted customer service, and with a minimum of effort, a new seat is on it's way. I will be purchasing from this company for my organization in the future. Very happy there are still people that stand behind their product!

Update - shortly after my original post in November, I emailed Laura Furniture. I received a very fast response! Within a few hours, they emailed me back and asked for more details. Then they shipped me a new chair, free of charge. I've been using the new chair for a few weeks now. We'll see how it goes. Updating my rating from 1 to 3 due to their stellar customer service.---------November 2023I love the color, the upholstery, the aluminum arms. But after having it a little over a year, the frame has now broken on one side. The front weld cracked completely off, taking some of the frame with it. The back weld also cracked completely. I don't come anywhere near the weight limit for this chair, so that shouldn't be a problem. For the amount of money the chair costs, it should hold up better than this. I'm currently using my rickety 35-year-old drafting chair until I can figure out what to do with this chair.

I struggled with other chairs until I found that everyone seemed to like this one. I know it costs double, but it is worth it! The only issue was the low arm rests, but I got the Dokicat pads to put on top of the arm rests and now my elbows sit on them (those pads are like 2 inches thick). The foot ring is really sturdy and actually holds your foot (unlike the cheap chairs) and that is important because if that is not firm you will get back pain. This chair solves all the issues I have had, and I am so glad I found it!
