Versatile case with good quality
I purchased the Fintie Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 Smart Book Cover Case for about 9$. It's pretty nice, and for the price it can't be beat. I was previously using a TPU bumper case, but it did not protect the screen, and there were ridges along the borders which were a bit annoying. This case fits well, and provides cutouts for everything, even the microSD port, which a lot of cases do not. It probably would have been better if the SD cutout was filled in though, as it has a bit of a sharp edge over the cutout that can be felt when holding it. I'll never change the SD card, so the slot cutout is not important to me. It is also quite hard to remove the tablet from the case, but this also keeps it in there quite well. The stand positions are quite useful, and far more versatile than the images and description show. There are really two basic ways to adjust the stand. The first is to have the cover wrap around the back which can then prop it up a bit for a slight incline for typing, or flat to be held in the hands for reading. The second involves folding down half of the back cover to make a kickstand, which stands it upright. When standing it upright, it can be positioned anywhere from 90 degrees back to about 40 just by pulling/pushing it, as the magnetic design holds the angle position. This works great, as I can lay in bed with it on my stomach (great for viewing on such a small tablet), and it still offers enough support to allow typing without holding onto it. The interior is rubberized, which prevents it from sliding around, and also makes it easy to hold onto.Pros:- Protects the front of the device.- Cover latches over the front so it won't slide open like most of the simple cover cases.- Magnets hold the stand securely in various positions.- Fairly sturdy, does not feel flimsy at all.- Smart wake/sleep when opening/closing.- All borders are flush with the display, which makes touching the edges of the screen more pleasant.- Cover can be folded back, so that it is flush to the case without any bits hanging over the side of the tablet.- Interior is a textured rubberized material, which makes it easy to grip. Probably won't get dirty, and will be easy to clean.Cons:- Heavy. This case weighs a lot, due to all of the magnets and reinforcement in the cover to act as a counterweight. However, despite the extra weight, it still feels quite good in the hand, and is a fair compromise for the protection and versatility.- The corner clips are thin/hard plastic, and will probably break/deform if repeatedly removed from the case. Mine came with one of them a bit bent, and I had to use a credit card to smooth it down into place. They seem fairly unobtrusive, and this rigid plastic material feels much better than rubber. Some people said that the home button can be pressed on through the case, as it protrudes a bit. I don't have this problem, but I'm using a glass screen protector which is flush with the button. I suggest that everyone purchase one as it adds another layer of protection to the device, which is barely noticeable. Some glass protectors are poorly made, or have hard edges, but this one has good quality and rounded edges with a perfect fit: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013CX7FUY

Great case, a little heavy but feels quality
Case is a good fit for the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 and the smart cover works well. Materials feel fairly good but you lose a bit of the sleek feel the device has. I think it is well worth the trade off for the protection gained.MY RATING SYSTEM:I try to stick with the same criteria and system when reviewing products and here is how it breaks down…FIVE STARS: Great Product, would feel completely confident in recommending to others and consider the product to be a great overall value with no obvious faults.FOUR STARS: Still a very good product, I consider it to be overall a good satisfying purchase and can still recommend it in good faith but there is one small aspect about the product keeping it from a perfect score.THREE STARS: A good product but not a great one, it operates and appears as advertised but more than one aspect of the item is undesirable. This is an item I would use but probably consider an alternative option.TWO STARS: Product is definitely lacking in quality and or the way it operates. Would not recommend it to others and would seek and alternative elsewhere. It maybe just barely does what it is advertised to do but is probably not worth the money and there are many negative factors about it.ONE STAR: No two ways about it, this is a bad product and I would not recommend anybody purchase it.

Nice very clever design
Nice very clever design. Protects tablet very well and convenient to use. Construction not so good. As others have pointed out, the plastic retaining corners tend to break off and then the tablet will fall out. I used some hot glue and attached my tablet to the cover after the plastic corners broke.. So far all is good. Fintie needs to revisit and strengthen the plastic corners, then this would be an ideal tablet cover and would deserve 5 stars, plus!

Pretty good, but not the highest quality anymore
It's a pretty nice case to replace the one I already had. However pieces of it have already cracked and fallen off without even being bumped. It seems that the quality has degraded

Perfect replacement for the Samsung cover.
Fits well, doesn't distort the screen with magnetic sensors, and a good value. Seems sturdy and protective.

Plastic cracks with general use.
I bought this case in early May, and loved it for the first few weeks. I bought it primarily because of the way the front flap is magnetized and wraps around the back of the tablet when closed. It's also more comfortable to hold as the magnets keep the flap in place when the tablet is in use, so the tablet doesn't slide around on it. The case seemed to be of good quality, especially considering the price. However, within a few weeks of using it, I noticed that the plastic on the left corners of the case started to develop tiny cracks. It has progressively gotten worse, and now the plastic is basically crumbling and chipping away. Within a few more weeks there probably won't be enough plastic left to hold the tablet in the case. This has happened just with general wear and tear - I'm not rough with the tablet/case, and I don't toss it in bags or anything, so I'm a bit shocked by this. I really wanted to like the case, but it's ultimately been a disappointment.Update, 07/09/17: I just received a replacement case from the seller, which was a nice surprise. I upped my rating from two stars to three in response to their great customer service.07/25: I noticed micro cracks developing on the left corners of the replacement case within a few days of use. The plastic on the corners is now starting to chip off, same as my first case. If you're looking for this type of case, you're probably better off with the official version.
