Great tool for guitarists
I have a couple other grip strengtheners and there's not a single favorite as they all serve different functions but what I like about this one is that the hefty feel can replicate a guitar neck so you can really let your inner-air-guitarist out. Not a bad price but I'll try to make my own with sand and balloons next time. This one has two layers of rubber but they're very thin. If my DIY doesn't work I'll definitely come back and order another one!

Helpful for Sensory-Seekers
Bought this for our sensory-seeking sons. They like squeezing and squishing it. It's good for helping them to 'calm down' when upset -keeps them from pinching people (ouch).

Recovering from carpal tunnel surgery trying to get the strength back in my hand and I like another stress ball I got awhile ago that's the dame latex material but filled with cornstarch and softer easier to manipulate a couples weeks after surgery but then I graduated to this one and it's firmer more like sand is in it, it's a good building block for building strength back up

Don't buy this
This willl be nice for maybe a month and then it just fall apart in your hand one day when you squeeze it. It makes a heck of a mess when that happens also

Awesome...doesn't last long though.
2 layers of balloon like rubber material. They tend to abrade on each other and wear out pretty quickly with regular use. Any oils on your had will take a toll as well. The metal staple is a crude way of sealing it. It has just the right flex but you'd think in this day and age they'd make a better cover. It needs a slightly thicker rubber or silicone cover.

Worth it!
My clients love this! I have them use it to take the edge off during laser.

Funcionamiento excelente para el manejo del estres
Es un producto bastante bueno, sin embargo es un globo relleno de harina, es decir no representa un producto "único". En general si funciona para el manejo del estrés, pero no es la caja, sino un globo nada mas.

Excellent, feels much better than silicon based stress balls
I really like stress balls, helps with wrist and finger exercise, especially after long sessions on a keyboard and mouse. I have been using silicon based stress balls, but there is always an issue with oils getting absorbed making it sticky, plus being softer, they dont really do much other than feel good. This one being firmer, feels much better in your palm. By firm, I dont mean hard, just very satisfying to squeeze and play with. If I had to find a problem, it would only be that the the tie-up at the top is metal and can come in the way if one doesn't hold it right. Though this happening is very very unlikely.

Garbage
Just get a couple of balloons and fill it with sand!
