Awesome fuel pump performance
Purchased the fuel pump for my Suzuki outboard engine over a year ago. This pump has been great at full throttle on the water. Nice performance. I would recommend it.

Works Great! NEVER buy from QFS. FPF Works great for Suzuki DF90, DF115 and DF140!
I have a 2005 Suzuki DF115 outboard four stroke engine. Old fuel pump failed. When you turn on the key you should hear it run for 3 seconds and there was no noise. I bought a new high pressure fuel pump from Quantum Fuel Systems (QFS) and installed it and it made a weak noise for 3 seconds when the key was on but the boat would not start. I spent a lot of time and money replacing everything else in the fuel system and it still would not start (without spraying fuel in the intake). Finally, I bought this FPF Fuel Pump and installed it and engine started immediately! Also, when key is on the FPF Fuel Pump runs and sounds 10 times stronger than the QFS. QFS did immediately refund my money, but the time and loss of use of the boat and incredible frustration makes me never want to buy anything from QFS. P.S. If you get the 4-2 code, it is not the flywheel position sensor, for me it was the fuel pump. Once the engine runs for about 30 seconds the code goes away. Also, clean the fuel injectors by taking them out and soaking them in fuel injector cleaner. This stopped the engine surging. And NEVER use ethanol fuel in this engine. Happy Boating!

I used this on a 2004 DF140 , fit fine, works great

GARBAGE waste of time and money.
Installed this FPF pump on a Suzuki 2005 df250. With boat on trailer at boat ramp, I tested fuel pressure non-start and it topped out at 38psi and when motor was started and advanced to wot it dropped to 20psi. I brought with me a used oem hp pump that I have for a spare, installed it, then retested non-start and fuel psi topped out at 40psi, then started engine and advanced to wot and the fuel pressure dropped to 38psi and now the motor is running great. In 2019 I installed a AXIOM brand hp fuel pump on my port motor and it is still working great and pump was 10.00 cheaper. My Mobil mechanic isn’t cheap and I lost more than just cost of defective pump but lots of time too. I was out of the return window for FPF pump and my next order will be a AXIOM brand hp pump.
