Ocean Spray 100% Apple Juice Cups, 4 Ounce (Pack of 48)

I always wondered why the apple juice in hospitals was so much better than any other apple juice I could buy at the store. The last time I was in the hospital, I looked at the label & couldn't believe it was just regular Ocean Spray apple juice. Well when I got home I went to every different grocery store & sometimes 2 or 3 of the same store. I tried Publix, Winn Dixie, Target, Walmart, Aldi..... none of them had it. And I'm not just talking about the little cups, none of the stores had it in big plastic jugs of juice either. So when I got home from shopping I went online, to see what stores in my tri- County area had it. NONE! So it seems the hospital conglomerate - Lee Memorial Health System - has a monopoly on Ocean Spray Apple juice. Other Ocean Spray juices were sold at stores, but not the apple. So when I Googled it & saw I could buy the hospital sized cups on Amazon, I felt an excitement & joy that I hadn't felt since the last year I believed in Santa Claus. Now, I never let myself run out. I don't know what I'll do if Amazon stops selling it, probably find a hole to crawl in & die. But until then....I have two little cups every morning with my bagel thin w strawberry cream cheese & then my cup of coffee. And this is good because that's all I eat until about 6-8 pm. I eat like a bird, so these little juices have really helped me because before this I didn't even eat breakfast. If you want to taste the BEST apple juice, the sweetest apple juice you've ever tasted, and it's 100% real juice, then try Ocean Spray. But see if your grocery stores have it first because I don't want anyone buying out my stock, LOL. I mean.... this is part of my daily routine now. And if you start buying too much so that there's none left for me, well....I won't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom I can tell you I don't have money, but what I do have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you stop hogging the apple juice - that’ll be the end of it. I bought this so I can take my medication first thing in the morning without having to go downstairs. It doesn't have to be chilled, it's sealed, and it's the perfect size for taking pills. 10 outta 10 recommend for those who hate taking pills with water and want to take them somewhere other than the kitchen.

Amazon seems to be the only place you can buy Ocean Spray apple juice, the apple juice you enjoyed during your last medical stay. Grocery stores DON'T carry it. Getting sick again seemed the only alternative. Til I found it on Amazon.

Absolutely the Best apple juice I've ever tried. I first tried this during a 4 day hospital stay where I became hooked on this wonderful, not too sweet, not at all bitter, perfectly balanced, golden apple flavor. I had become obsessed with this apple juice. I looked and looked but could not find Ocean Spray Apple Juice in any store. So I ended up trying many other apple juices only to find they all were some combination of too sweet or too bitter, whether it was filtered or unfiltered, organic, or any kind of natural, nothing measured up. I finally found it here on Amazon where someone remarked back in 2008 that they had also become hooked on this apple juice during a hospital stay. Yes! Amazon had it, and of course I bought it. This was the very same juice I'd become hooked on in the hospital; Perfectly sweet, just the right tingling of the taste buds without being at all bitter. I had 48 perfect, little, right sized containers of the finest apple juice known to man or woman. But Amazon isn't the only place that has it. You will be happy to know that it can be widely found in drugstores and gasoline station mini marts in larger, 12 oz, clear plastic bottles. Ocean Spray Apple Juice. Ahhh, lip smacking Nirvana :)

The juice itself is great with no additives. However, it's almost impossible to open them without spilling. Where it says "Lift here" the foil is so firmly attached it spills 9 out of 10 times! I wrap Kleenex around it before opening. I'm a diabetic, on insulin. So, I carry these with me and next to my bed if my low blood sugar alarm goes off. These 4 oz packs are the perfect amount whereas bottles contain 8 oz. Just be aware.
