I quite like these as gels go. Nice and easy to digest, not so sickly like the more well known brands. I find the energy boost isn't quite as sustained as some, but I tend to mix and match with other brands during a race and that works well. There's no way I could manage back to back SIS gels or similar so this breaks it up a bit

Not the best taste in one, but it’s really good understand work and the energy levels it releases is amazing

If you're a vegan athlete, these are the gels to go for. No artificial sweeteners and other nasty stuff that is used by the most common brands. A bit salty but decent enough to keep me energised for finishing my first marathon.
