Great book for people who need to understand the reasons why certain things happen to them and who want to learn the lessons of their past and use them in the future

I love the book and the workbook. They helped me to released all the pain and hurt thats i have stuck inside me. I cannot wait for the volume 2

Stephen has an open and honest discussion of the influences our experiences have on ourselves.. Opens your mind up for change

Good read.Useful exercises and activities. A good way to practise selfcare after a bad breakup. Would definitely recommend this book

It is a profound but easy-to-read book for anyone looking to heal the hurt from others and themselves. I think this book is equivalent to in-depth therapy and can really bring values to your life and help fix your mental health issues that you didn’t even realize they were there.

Wonderful book!! He has written it in a very simple yet understandable way. Something which most of us can relate to, I am sure!
