Olympian Lab C-AKG - (Creatine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate), 90-Grams

I wanted a preworkout supplement that gave me good pump. Have been using Jack3D and wanted something similar, or cheaper. After talking with the rep at Vitamin Shoppe, he showed me this stuff and said it will give you the pump but not the energy. I have plenty of energy so I gave it a try. The scoop is the same or smaller than Jack3D. The power mixes easily with water and has very little taste. During my workout I may get a bit more fatigue than when using Jack3d, but the pump is better. After a workout (only half hour or so) I feel and look absolutely huge.For lifting heavy, this stuff seems to be great. As for cardio, not sure, I run and bike and it doesn't seem to affect that. Perhaps a little "heavy" feeling similar to anytime you are loaded with creatine.I will continue to use this whenever lifting. And for $10-12 per month, why not.

Product works as well as I expected. Descent price but bottle is only 3/8ths full.Would buy again from OL

As a natural bodybuilder, I have been taking creatine monohydrate for over 10 years. I recently decided to try this brand of creatine AKG. I had an excellent experience and could feel a remarkable difference from the first day I used it. My stamina and strength have increased. Most importantly, this creatine AKG has not caused gastrointestinal bloating or excess water retention. Therefore, my gains continue to increase AND I can still keep my six pack. I will continue to purchase this product.4/22/16 REVISED - IMPORTANT QUALITY ISSUE UPDATEI have been consistently purchasing this product since July, 2015. It was my favorite creating supplement. However, on my last order, I received a product that was completely different. The powder was yellow and granulated instead of white and micronized. The bottle and label were also materially different. The new formula caused severe bloating and acne flares (I have not changed any other element of my diet). I contacted a representative from Olymian Labs and they admitted that they had experienced some issues during the manufacturing process and it was not well received by customers. They are currently working on correcting this issue and re-releasing the original formula.In addition to all of these issues, this Amazon listing now displays 2 completely different product images. I am very disappointed, as I would like to continue using the same product that has been part of my workout regimen for nearly one year. I have attached 2 pictures to show the inconsistency in the new product I received.

This is NOT the packaging that I received. The product came in a vitamin jar and a tiny scooper was included. The implication being that I was expected to get my big fingers through a 1.5" opening to scoop out the product. It annoying and difficult to get the product out of this stupid little bottle opening.

smells like formaldehyde and tastes horrible. Also, after about a week it cakes up in the bottle and sticks to the bottom, so you have to scrape it out. Not really a good buy for only 90 grams. Stick with the mono-hydrate form.

This stuff taste like stomach bile do not buy. gives no extra pump felt nothing from it
