Bright and Long-lasting!
I recently purchased these lights for my kitchen cabinets, and I'm extremely impressed with their performance. Here's why I love them:Durable and Long-Lasting: These LED puck lights are built to last. Despite being exposed to water and steam in the kitchen, they've held up remarkably well over time. I appreciate the waterproof design, which gives me peace of mind knowing that they'll continue to function flawlessly for years to come.Strong Adhesive: The adhesive backing on these lights is top-notch. They stick securely to the underside of my cabinets without any issues, providing reliable illumination exactly where I need it. Even with regular use, they haven't budged or come loose, which speaks to their durability.Bright and Efficient: These puck lights emit a bright and clear light that's perfect for illuminating my countertops while I cook. Despite their compact size, they provide ample brightness, making it easy to see what I'm doing in the kitchen. Plus, they're energy-efficient, so I don't have to worry about them driving up my electricity bill.Overall, I couldn't be happier with the lights. They're a fantastic addition to my kitchen and have exceeded my expectations in terms of durability, adhesive strength, and brightness. Highly recommend!

Illuminates a car charging port
I bought these to stick inside my plug-in hybrid’s (PHEV) electric charging port (because of course the manufacturer didn’t include a light). It fits inside the compartment and enables me to get enough light to plug the darn thing in when it is dark out. I have used the one I put in there for about a month now, and it works well enough. It is pretty bright and I only turn it on for a few seconds most nights, so the battery has lasted for at least a month. It has survived exposure to rain and below freezing temperatures and hasn’t fallen off yet. Fingers crossed crossed the replaceable batteries last through the winter.

Outboard motor nav light approved
Works great to stick out the cowling of your outboard for your rear nav light on a boat. The adhesive holds up to gas, oil and salt water very bright and definitely water resistant never submerged one but they get splashed with lots of salt water and don’t have any issues. There so cheap that u can keep 5 replacements if you did lose one or whatever but I’ve never actually lost one if you clean the area you install it in well before you put it on.

Good little lights but problems with changing batteries
The media could not be loaded. I bought these little lights to use in a dollhouse I'm making with my grandkids and they work great. They light up the rooms perfectly. I especially liked the fact that the batteries could be replaced, but when I actually tried to replace some I ran into difficulty. When I unscrewed the base to access the battery there was a piece of plastic in the way. On the package, it says "unscrew the plastic safety retainer inside the battery compartment," but I could not figure out how to unscrew it. I just about wrecked the light trying to get it out, and finally gave up. I sent an email to Lux Pro telling them my problem, not really expecting an answer, but several days later I got one. Here it is:"I am so sorry for the confusion, we upgraded our LP172's to be more Complient with the Reese's Law, we are currently working on updating the user manuals and instructions on the packages, that extra piece of plastic should have two tiny holes in them, take a small tool that can fit inside just enough to twist it like you did the base and it will unscrew, once this step is complete, press down on the power button gently to pop the battery compartment out."I used a tiny screwdriver that my husband uses to fix his glasses and was able to follow these directions and get the piece of plastic out, but it wasn't real easy. Then when I had changed the batteries, I had to put it back because it doesn't work without it. Getting it back in was difficult but I did finally manage it, although it isn't screwed all the way in. It does work though, and maybe it will be easier next time, now that I know how to do it. I do like these lights, in spite of this issue. They really make a difference in the dollhouse.

Cheap and effective solution to working with EV charging ports at night
Bought this to be able to see a EV charge port in low light.GM makes an OEM solution to this problem- a $300 aftermarket part for this car that requires drilling, fishing and hard wiring- so about $600-700 total for a “solution” to the fact the engineers figured it’s a rare person who needs to see the port when charging at night. So for a little over $2 bucks apiece I purchased this set of 5 puck lights. I did boost the mount strength by adding some 3M outdoor tape on top of their foam tape, but the foam tape is probably strong enough. Used alcohol to wipe the mounting location, then after it dried placed in position and pushed for about a minute to set and left it without driving overnight. I made sure to position it with the button on top, and the height high so it beams above the charger when input. This puck is super bright, perfect for dim and darkness. It’s been mounted for over a couple months, driving though bumps and rain, stays attached. So much easier than trying to maneuver a flashlight around as I’m trying to find the plug in full darkness. And if it falls off or someone steals it, compared to the $300 OEM part I can replace this around 150 times before losing money, not including the installation expenses of the OEM. I see someone else also figured out this solution for their PHEV and glad to see it, really ridiculous that vehicle manufacturers don’t automatically provide lights for this location.

Tiny Lights
I put one of these lights in our new freezer because it does not have a light in it. So far, after one month, the light still works and the unit is still sticking inside of the freezer. Apparently, the light is not affected by the cold temps in the freezer. Works better than I expected. One thing I didn't expect was how small they are. Each light is about the size of a quarter, but still works well.
