Fall Asleep Faster
I started to take this Melatonin about one month ago, and I do so about one hour before I want to/or plan on falling asleep. It seems to be working for me so far. I would give it a try for sure.

Proper dosage
Please research! Too much melatonin is worse than none at all. 5mg is the perfect dose. Dont get fooled by thinking that if 5mg doesn't give the desired result, taking more must be better! Take it from a life-long insomniac and a 40+ year R.N.!! Do your own research, avoid sites that are "sponsored" (a cute disguise for advertisement). Stick with 5 mg!

Ehh ok.
These are ok but I like the nature valley better. These make me wake up in the middle of the night. They taste fine. I just wish they lasted through the night.

I take one if these when I'm having difficulty sleeping. Within 15 minutes I'm relaxed enough that I slowly drift off to sleep.
