Perfect colour temperature!
I really like these! Firstly they have a perfect, warm, O.E tungsten bulb colour temperature! Which is great for my classic cars. I've fitted these in the interior and door marker lights of my Volvo 850 T-5, and they're perfect! Brighter than the tungsten bulbs, yet not too bright that they last 5-minutes.I would however only recommend these for use in interiors and other lights that are not used for long periods of time - such as vehicle side lights. Because, as is the case with so many LED bulbs, they tend to suffer with heat damage over time which will slowly kill the chips and cause flicker! Especially as there is no heatsink as such, and the cob is contained in glass. They will last a long time in interiors because they're typically not on for hours at a time.Overall a great upgrade, very happy. I've bought several bags of these over the last few years and they're holding up well apart from those used for long runtime lights!

Bad design
Rubbish bulbs. The contacts are just a thin wire therefore the bulb flickers as not properly conducting current. Also they don't have any protection so they change brightness even with slightest change in battery voltage (rotational speed of the engine). Can't recommend

A note of caution
After looking though the details decided not to purchase. Why? In my view these are poor design. The power (hence heat) rises dramatically when you increase the voltage. 0.6 watts at 12V, 1.2 watts at 13.5V.This implies there is nothing to limit the LED power. It gets worse in that a car battery can be higher than 13.5V, 14.5V is common. If this happens I think these LEDs could expire due to getting too hot.
