Express workout but effective!
I'm a fitness DVD junkie. I workout in the mornings, 5-6 days a week. Over the years, I have acquired, and include in my daily routine, many of the 10 Minutes Solutions series DVDs since I get a short workout in before heading to work. I came across Prevention's 10 Minute Pilates and I followed the included schedule. While each workout is only 10 minutes (with a countdown clock in the top corner), I really felt that my muscles were worked. I was surprised how much I felt it in my core, even with only the Cardio session. I actually look forward to my morning workouts with 10 Minute Pilates vs hitting the snooze button!

Good for Beginners
I really like the 10 minute pilates, instructions are clear and they are designed for every age group. I needed this DVD.Ms Schemper in the future if you create a new Pilate video, please change the background; it could be a LOT better.

Fun, Challenging & Safe!
Each of the six segments works a different part of your body & concludes with a brief stretch. A few segments were challenging, but none were difficult. I enjoyed them all & finished the workout feeling great. Im a Senior and in good shape for my age, but I need to tone up, build muscle, and strengthen my core. The Pilates classes at my gym are way too hard for me, but this was perfect! I did all 6 segments with no problem & felt great when I was done. Highly recommend!!

Great workout in 10 minutes! Highly recommend!
This exercise program has been a real surprise to me-in 10 minutes you get a great workout and it is something that you can commit to. The exercises are well thought out and definitely tone the areas they are supposed to. For someone that can no longer tolerate a lot of high impact exercise, this has been a very welcome transition and I must say that my core has never been stronger despite trying all kinds of other exercises over the years. Highly recommend for anyone with back or joint issues as it will not hurt those areas and you will only gain strength and tone which is what is needed to keep those areas from deteriorating. Even my 17 year daughter has been impressed with these workouts and does them with me. You can easily add on a short amount of cardio after if you chose, sometimes I will do a quick walk on the treadmill afterwards if I have time and feel like I really have given my body a good well rounded workout. Well worth the money!

Squats and lunges
Mixed feelings about this exercise DVD. Love that it’s broken up into 10 minute increments. The instruction is clear and motivating. And there’s a countdown clock in the corner to show progress. But don’t let the picture of the instructor laying down on a mat fool you: this is squats and lunges and mostly standing exercises. If you have knee issues like me, not ideal.

Love this workout!
I am enjoying this workout. Last year I've been hard for me. I always worked out. Then I had to have spinal cord surgery and cancer surgery. I love it it's easy the 10 minute intervals are wonderful that you can build upon as you get stronger. Excellent.

TERRIFIC!
These workouts are great! Take 3 ten minute sessions in a day, or two, or whatever you can do on any day - it truly makes you feel better, and you see results in a very short time.
